Just give them a quick wash and slice them and throw them on the grill. Add some olive oil. When summer is over you will be longing for your new found love and will be dreaming for summer to return so that you can have more grilled veggies. Fruit Desserts and Ice Drinks

You will need something to cool you down during this hot summer and the best way to do that and maintain a slim waist line is to load up on your favorite dessert with added fruits. Stay away from high calories cold drink and grab on to a fruit dessert. A frozen banana covered in chocolate is much better than that smoothies or high calories sweeten specialty coffee drink. You want to drink lots of liquids to stay cool but remember that you do not want to add more calories to your diet with these liquids. Do not be fooled because the smoothies says fruit smoothies, it has so much sugar and calories you might well be drinking a soda. Try an Ice skim latte rather than a smoothie.
