Also, don't forget to drink a lot of water! Water really does help you lose weight, because it keeps your blood sugar levels even, which helps to curb your feelings of hunger and gives you energy. And contrary to what you might hear, the water in things like diet soda and ice tea also count toward your daily water intake.
